Encourage, Excite & Improve the User Experience in Salesforce.org
12:00 – 12:40 pm CT

I will demonstrate how 10 entirely new and different Lightning Components can be used to do some very interesting things in both Lightning Record pages and screen-based Flows. I have either created or enhanced most of these components and they are all available, with source code, for free online. They range from simple to complex, but all of them can be used in ways you may not have thought of before to bring out the best in your user experiences. The components are designed to be generic. No coding is required, and all can be customized and configured with built in parameters.

Admins Do Good Helping Nonprofits with Salesforce/NPSP
11:00 – 11:40 am CT
Nonprofits need help with Salesforce. New Salesforce admins can gain real-world experience by volunteering (or even working) with a nonprofit. Both the admin and the nonprofit organization staff need to learn about Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), in order to decide if it is right for the organization and what will be involved in leveraging all that Salesforce has to offer. This session presents the NPSP data model in a new way, emphasizing the NPSP Settings menu and the many decision points that admins can guide the nonprofit through, so that Salesforce is configured to truly meet the unique needs of the nonprofit organization.
