A group of Salesforce ecosystem members realized how much they missed the interaction of in-person conferences, so they banded together and brainstormed an idea into a new type of virtual conference offering.

Melissa Hill Dees


Melissa is currently completing an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and is a 4X certified: Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. With 15 years of experience as a nonprofit executive and over 10 years leveraging Salesforce, her goal is to automate what can be automated so that nonprofits have more time to do what can’t be automated. Lizz Hellinga


Lizz Hellinga is the founder of Montage Learning where she helps companies strategically achieve their learning objectives. Nearly every position she has held since graduating college has involved some aspect of Learning & Development, including training internal colleagues and external clients. With Montage, Lizz has been able to make L&D her central focus and help companies achieve real results that support their business objectives while increasing employee engagement. When she joined the Salesforce ecosystem she immediately recognized how the power of L&D could propel others in their Salesforce career. She was able to deepen her commitment to learning and has shared knowledge and upskilled community members at many community events. She is 3X Salesforce Certified Professional, Chicago WIT Co-Leader, and a Salesforce MVP. She is a 7X Dreamforce speaker and has facilitated several workshops at WITness Success with a focus on career advancement. Sharif Shaalan


Sharif Shaalan was first introduced to Salesforce as an end user in 2007. His range of experience, from a sales rep to technical architect, helped him successfully lead more than 80 implementations including projects that were showcased on the main stage at Dreamforce. In 2013, Sharif was chosen as a Salesforce MVP, and in 2020 he was inducted into the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame. Sharif is a regular speaker at Salesforce conferences and has obtained more than 10 Salesforce certifications. He is the founder and CEO of Agile Cloud Consulting and continues to be an active Salesforce community contributor.

in marketing technology, designing and building both CRM and digital marketing solutions. Chris started working within the Salesforce ecosystem in 2010, has been a member of its MVP program since 2013, and a member of the inaugural 2020 class of Marketing Champions. Chris enjoys traveling (for fun) with his family. He is a fan of all things Boston, his three silly dogs, and working out with his F3 brothers.

Nik Panter


Known for his cloud suit at Dreamforce, Nik has been helping companies implement Salesforce since 2005. Nik has ten certifications, is the uses group leader for the Ottawa Nonprofit User Group, was a Salesforce MVP from 2011 to 2019 and joined the MVP Hall of Fame in 2020. Along with work, Nik loves to follow his Toronto Maple Leafs, listen to and attend concerts with his wife Steph and try to not say sorry on a regular basis.
